We aim to ship your order the same business day, provided you order before 3:30 PM (CET). If that isn’t possible, we’ll always let you know. All orders are shipped with PostNL, or with one of PostNL’s international partners for shipments abroad. Within the Netherlands, your order arrives within 1-2 business days.

Customs and import duties
Shipped from the Netherlands. Delivery outside the EU, including the USA, typically takes 5 to 10 business days after dispatch. Customers are responsible for any customs and import duties charged by their country.
Bank transfer
Please note that orders paid by bank transfer have a longer processing time, and therefore a longer delivery time.

Not satisfied? Send the unopened packaging back to Paper Chip Cones, Veldsteen 24, 4815 PK Breda, The Netherlands. Custom-printed products are excluded from returns.
